Manage multiple hotels
Our integrated technology lets you manage 1 to 100+ hotels, all within a single portal. From room block and hotel management to tracking accommodation preferences, we help oversee the logistics for even the largest and most complex events. Instead of contacting individual hotels, for updated rooming lists and block availability, Hotels for Hope provides 24/7 access to all back office information.. Our technology allows event organizers and their clients to export the data into Excel or .csv file formats, without having to install any software.
Exclusive courtesy hold technology
Only Hotels for Hope offers the option to place rooms “on hold” for a limited time. For example, a hotel may have a block of 50 rooms allocated for an event. A team leader can allocate a block of ten rooms, then send an email to ten colleagues to coordinate reservations at the same hotel. The courtesy hold “removes” those ten rooms from the original block for a limited time allowing each attendee to coordinate their travel plans and pay with their own credit card.
Registration support
We offer comprehensive registration support that allows event organizers to track attendee and event participant data, including the ability to collect registrations and secure payments online. Our platform helps manage your guest’s payment details, activities, breakout sessions and hotel/travel reservations with real-time accuracy. Hotels for Hope also gives organizers the ability to create and manage branded email campaigns, tracking who opened the email and which emails are most effective.
